
PROFESSIONAL VENDORS
Thank you for your interest in supporting the Skin Summit professional trade show and conference!
Our vendors are limited to prestige product brands, industry-related tools and equipment and non-licensure programs.
We take pride in the quality and investment of our attendees, fostering an intimate environment for knowledge and connection.
Our 2025 event is scheduled for Monday, July 14th from 9 AM to 4 PM.
With an education focus, we have evolved to an active, open floorpan. Attendees will always have site of the vendor floor with the freedom to explore.
We eagerly anticipate announcing each of our supporters for our annual Skin Summit. Please ensure you provide all required information promptly after thoroughly reading your acknowledgment addendum in the registration steps.
For our 2025 event, we are providing each vendor (per registration) with an 8ft table, linens, 2 chairs, and optional massage table. These will be setup in a 'T' formation for maximum attendee access. Brands are welcome to bring personalized linens and appropriately sized banners to fit within the 8 ft table space. There may be opportunity for small, custom booth setups.
Our 2025 vendor investment expands the opportunity to constantly showcase your product or equipment, with the addition of the massage table, to further the engagement of the attendees.
To support our investing brands, we promote each industry leader on our social platforms. To celebrate your involvement, there will be an initial announcement with information you provide upon registration completion.
In addition, we support our vendors by providing 2 FREE general admission tickets for utilization in the market for loyal accounts or potential leads.
We assemble a minimum of 200 swag bags and require all vendors to contribute impactful items. Suggestions include discovery-size samples, introductory tools or merchandise, or fun and useful items branded with your logo. Please inform us promptly, within 2 weeks of registration, of the item(s) your brand will provide.
To provide absentee swag, please contact us through the email below.
All contributions should arrive by June 30th, 2025 to ensure timely receipt and allow our team sufficient time to assemble the swag bags. Details for shipment will be provided during the acknowledgment addendum prior to your investment completion.
Leading up to the event, we will continue to promote our supporters on all social platforms. Feel free to share posts and tag us in stories. We do our best to gather content from each representing brand.
